Ludlowe Middle School
A new 200,000 gross square foot middle school serving approximately 875 students. The school was designed to fit within the context of the surrounding suburban residential neighborhood. In 2004, the project was given First Honor Awards for Recognition of Architectural Excellence in the Institutional Category by AIA Westchester/Mid-Hudson and was featured in the Boston Society of Architects’ New England Architects Exhibition.
This project was designed by Aaron B. Schwarz and other Perkins Eastman team members during Aaron’s tenure as Principal and Executive Director of the firm.
